Artwork guidelines

Option 1: You supply artwork

You supply us with print ready artwork. Preferably, please supply as an EPS or Press Ready/High resolution pdf. Supply all fonts used or outline or path text before saving.

We can accept artwork from the following software packages: Quark Xpress, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Freehand or hi res pdf.

It is not possible to match pantone colours exactly using CMYK printers. To ensure the best possible colour match please express all flat colours as Pantone coated. If colour is critical please send a colour proof and any samples to match to. We will do our best to match any special colour if we think it will be a problem we will inform you. Our printers are carefully calibrated and matched to the media being used but if no colour proof is provided we can only print what is supplied on disk. Scans/images should be supplied
at 300dpi @ 1/4 size (approx 28mb per square metre).

Option 2: You supply logos and pictures with text we do the artwork

You can supply us with all the elements: logos, scans/images, text and a rough layout. We will generate your artwork and supply you with a pdf proof for your approval. Call 01926 886716 for a quotation.

Option 3: We design and produce artwork

You tell us what you want or send us a design brief or discuss with us on the phone - supply us with your text. We will then design and produce your artwork and supply you with a pdf proof for your approval.
